Ebony and Ivory 3D Elephant Artwork

Ebony and Ivory are two elephants in a picture I created in September of 2012.

Ebony and Ivory are two elephants named for the color of their skin, lighter and darker. Sculpted with Zbrush, Rendered with Blender.

The basic idea was to create a sort of emotional response with the image. I want the viewer to feel like the two elephants share a strong connection to each other. This image was rendered in Blender 3D and Sculpted in Zbrush. I have a video online showcasing some of the sculpting methods I used.
